The kits are in accordance with the recommendations from the OECD to use Vtg as a core endpoint in screening and testing for endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs).The assays are highly sensitive and robust. The working range of the vitellogenin standards normally lies between 0.1 and 125 ng Vtg/ml and the intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation (%CV) are below 25% within the working range. The quantitative Vtg ELISA kits are developed for rapid and sensitive measurements. The kits contain the reagents necessary to run cost-effective analyses.
