Description :
It was isolated from fresh potato tubers · One unit of enzyme consumes one nmol of oxygen per minute at 25°C in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 6.3, containing 200 µM linoleate and 5 mM EDTA (the activity is about three times lower with arachidonate as substrate).
Purity :  ≥98%
