Human Urinary Kallikrein(Kininogenase)(HUK)is a kind of proteinase extracted from fresh male urine.
HUK is an endogenous protein which can activate the kininogen of plasma into kallidin. Kallidin conducts a series of physiological activities such as improving vasodilatation, smoothing muscle contraction and increasing blood flow.
