Dosage advised is orally, about 500mg into four times during menstruation to stop heavy and excessive bleeding when it comes to menorrhagia. For Post- surgery in older people it is recommended that you take about 250-500 mg every four to half a dozen hours to manage the chance of a hemorrhage. Treatment and prevention of periventricular haemorrhage in low birth-weight neonates
Child: Low birth-weight neonate: 12.5 mg/kg IM/IV Inj every 4-6 hours.
